Call management for updated lease rates
Electricity: Guests may be charged for metered electric costs depending on the stay length and rate type.
Lodging Taxes: Applicable state and local taxes apply to all reservations
Cleaning Fee: One-time departure cleaning fee applies to park models only
Early Check In: Prior to 1 p.m. a $10 fee is applied for early check in and utility hook-up
Additional Dogs: A $2.50 /day/dog $30/month applies to anyone with 3 or more dogs
Additional Guests: A $10 day/person applies to guests with 3 or more people in their party
Credit Card Fees: A 3% fee is applied to all credit/debit transactions
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued once payment is received
Discounts: 10% Good Sam Discount up to 3-days
