De Anza RV Resort

We love pets – and we know they make life a whole lot more fun. Whether your furry friend is a tail-wagging adventurer or a cozy couch companion, we are excited to welcome them to our resort. To keep things safe, and neighborly for everyone (two-legged and four-legged alike), we have put together a few simple rules. Give them a quick sniff – er, read – below!

Leashes Please!
Arizona law requires all dogs to be leashed in public areas unless in designated off-leash areas. That means:
- Leashes must be 6 feet or shorter
- Dogs must be under control at all times
- No roaming free – even if your pup is a total sweetheart
- Off leash is permitted in our dog parks
Scoop the Poop!
Nobody likes a surprise on their shoe. Please use the dog waste stations placed around the resort and clean up after your pet every time.
No Doggy Mail!
Let’s keep walks friendly and respectful. Please don’t let your pet leave “messages” on other residents’ lots, common areas, lawns, or decorations.

Clubhouse
As much as we love them, pets are not permitted in the clubhouse. Service animals like guide dogs are the exception.
Pet Registration
All pets must be registered and approved by management before they can join the fun.
Pet Limit & Fees
We allow up to 2 pets per site. An extra pet comes with a small fee: $2.50 per day, capped at $30 per month.

What Pets are Welcome?
We welcome dogs, cats, and small birds. Have something else? Ask management – few exceptions may apply.
Supervision Required
Pets must be leashed outside and never left unattended – inside or outside your RV – for extended periods.
Potty Protocol
Your site is not a pet potty. Please walk pets in designated areas only and clean up after them immediately.
Health & Safety
Each pet must be inoculated and licensed according to local laws. Management may request proof at any time.
Behavior Matters
If your pet causes frequent complaints – barking, growling, biting, or damaging property – management may revoke permission to keep pet in the community.
Safety First
Any pet that poses a threat to residents or staff must be removed upon notice.
No Feeding Strays or Wildlife
Please don’t feed stray dogs, cats, or wild animals – no matter how cute they look.
Outdoor Pet Housing Prohibited
Pets must be kept indoors overnight. Exterior pet housing is not permitted.
Non-Compliance
If you or your pet does not follow the rules, management may revoke pet approval and require permanent removal. In serious cases, pets may be taken to an animal shelter.
