We are thrilled to have you! To keep our community safe, clean, and neighborly, we have put together a few friendly guidelines. These help everyone enjoy the peace and beauty of the desert – whether you are here for a night or a season.

General Park Rules

  • Only full self-contained RVs are permitted
  • Speed limit throughout the park is 10 MPH
  • Registrants are liable for any damage caused while moving into or out of a site
  • Registrants and their guests are responsible for any damage to park property
  • Registrant guests must check in with the office and sign a waiver
  • Resort facilities are for exclusive use of registrants and their guests
  • Use of all facilities is at your own risk
  • All RVs and vehicles are subject to management approval
  • Smoking is prohibited inside any building
  • Smoking is prohibited near any door or window of any building
  • Generators may not be operated without prior approval
  • Please use designated receptacles – discarding cigarette butts’ ion the ground is considered littering
  • Oil changes and major vehicle repairs are not permitted in the park
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Pop-up trailers are limited to a maximum of 7 days
  • Only gas fire pits are allowed – wood-burning fire pits are prohibited
  • Awnings or sunscreens must be attached to RVs. Portable gazebos, sunscreens, or ramadas require management approval
  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited
  • Each site is limited to one (1) per lot
  • Please respect your neighbors – do not walk through other guests’ sites
  • Parking and storage are subject to management guidelines and approval
  • Resort fees may apply to daily and weekly and registered guests

Site Rules

Keeping Your Space Clean, Safe, and Neighborly

To help everyone enjoy their stay, please follow these site-specific guidelines

  • The site you have been assigned is reserved only for the period you have paid for
  • Use only your assigned site – please don’t park vehicles on or in front of other sites
  • Do not drive through other sites unless it is a designated pull-through
  • Street parking is not allowed. Each site may include up to two (2) vehicles, plus either an ATV or golf cart – just be sure nothing blocks your neighbor’s space
  • All vehicles must be in working and operable condition to remain parked on the premises
  • Keep your site neat and tidy – no storage under RVs, please
  • Laundry or clothes lines hanging around sites – please use the laundry room dryers
  • Washing vehicles on-site is not permitted. If you’d like a professional wash, check with the office first
  • Site and common areas may not be used as pet potty zones
  • Storage of trailers, car dollies, or watercraft on sites is not permitted
  • Subletting of sites (including leased sites) is strictly prohibited

Pool & Spa Rules

  • Registrants and guests must follow all posted signs – easy to spot, easier to follow
  • Swimsuits only in the pool – no cut-offs, shorts, or t-shirts allowed
  • Changing area is available at the pool – no dripping through the clubhouse please
  • No food or drinks in the pool area – save the snacks for your site
  • Spa/Jacuzzi is for adults only – no children under 14 allowed

Refuse Disposal

Help us keep the resort looking great by following these simple trash tips:

  • All garbage must be enclosed in plastic bags and tied securely before placing in the dumpsters
  • Boxes and containers must be flattened before tossing – save space, save hastle
  • Please don’t leave trash on your site – use the dumpsters
  • Large items, unwanted oils, chemicals, batteries, or hazardous materials must not be placed in the dumpsters. Please take these items to the local transfer station for proper disposal

Guest Policy

Visitors Welcome – With a Few Friendly Guidelines

We love seeing guests enjoy the resort! To keep things smooth and respectful for everyone, here’s what you need to know:

  • All visitors of registered guests must check in at the office and sign a waiver – no surprise drop-ins please
  • Registrants are responsible for the actions of their guests. A maximum of two adults per RV
  • Extra lodging fee is $10 per day for guests ages 10 and up, capped at $100 per month
  • Registrants are responsible for their children’s conduct. Kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Nightly visitor guest fee is $10. Maximum of two guests per site
  • Subletting is strictly prohibited
